Plum Street Samplers ~ Raccoon Rabble
from Paulette....
RACCOON RABBLE
This is only the second "stack" I've done this year, and I must be stuck on the letter R because the first one was Roo Crew. The Raccoons are probably my favorite so far, although I do admit that achieving an acceptable body shape was a bit challenging for me. The baby steals my heart though, with his tiny little claws (I can say this because I did not create them - I only replicated them with needle and thread!).. my mother would beg to differ, as she's had plenty of run-ins with their bands traipsing through her back yard, knocking over her flower pots!
Stitch count: 56w x 90h
Threads used: Weeks Dye Works in Onyx, Sweet Potato, Flatfish, and Terrapin; DMC in 640, 644, 729, 730, 471, 922, 3371, 3825, 3829, and B5200.
Stitches used: Cross, back, long, straight, and some over-one stitching (eyes and baby's face).
