I really appreciate everything that Amy does at DSL. You never have to wonder about your order - she quickly acknowledges it and lets you know if anything is unavailable and offers several alternatives for shipping. She's happy to accommodate shipping gift orders to friends and truly enjoys being part of the gift-giving process! Her shipping time is amazing - I marvel at how she gets the orders out so quickly. In my opinion DSL has the fastest shipping of any online shop , not to mention the cheapest S&H charges I have come across. The newest charts are always on hand and if there something out of the ordinary you want, DSL will order it for you. DSL has become my new favorite LNS.

When it comes to customer service, you will find nothing better than Down Sunshine Lane!  They offer a wide variety of cross-stitch designs, fabrics, & specialty fibers, & will work with a stitcher to help them find what they need to complete a stitched piece.  If there is something you need special-ordered, they will do that as well.  I am fortunate in that I do have an LNS, but I chose to do my stash shopping at Down Sunshine Lane because of the superior customer service!  Thanks again Amy & Ray- your hard work is most gratefully appreciated!!!
